- Monday to Thursday: 08:00–20:00
- Friday to Sunday: 24 hours
When do you need us?
- You are locked out of your home or business.
- Your door or lock has been forced after a burglary or attempted burglary.
- The lock is jammed and you cannot close the door.
- There is a child, an elderly person or a lit cooker inside.
How we do it
- Call the number for your area. If we do not answer, send a WhatsApp or try the other number.
- We tell you the estimated arrival time and the guide price, including any surcharges.
- We open the door or secure the lock so that your home is protected.
- If the lock has been damaged, we replace it during the same visit whenever possible.

How long will you take to arrive?
It depends on the area and traffic. In our usual areas we normally arrive within 10 to 30 minutes. We confirm this when you call.
Are emergency call-outs more expensive?
A surcharge applies at night and on public holidays. We always tell you before setting off.
What should I do if my door has been forced?
Contact the police to report it and do not touch the lock if they need to collect evidence. Then call us to secure the door and replace anything damaged.
