When do you need us?
- You have lost your keys or do not know who has copies.
- You have just moved in or bought a home.
- The key goes in badly, sticks or is hard to turn.
- You want protection against bumping, picking or cylinder snapping.
How we do it
- We measure your current cylinder to fit one of the exact size.
- We show you the security options and the price of each one.
- We fit the new cylinder and check that the lock works perfectly.
- We give you the new keys and, if the cylinder includes one, the key copy card.

Frequently asked questions
What is an anti-bump cylinder?
It is a cylinder designed to resist bumping, an opening technique using a modified key that leaves almost no marks. It is highly recommended for the front door.
Do I need to replace the whole lock?
Usually not. If the lock works properly, replacing the cylinder is enough, and it is quicker and cheaper.
How long does it take to replace a cylinder?
Usually less than half an hour, because we carry cylinders in the most common sizes in the van.
